Espoo's outdoor islands: Rövargrundet
Welcome to the Espoo archipelago. Rövargrundet is a sparsely wooded rocky islet located south of Espoo's Suvisaaristo. In the background, you can see Stora Herrö, which might help some people pinpoint Rövargrundet's location.
Rövargrundet is not accessible by archipelago boat. However, there is a sheltered cove on the northwest shore for private boats (or kayaks). There is a grill and firewood available, but not many spots for tents.
A stylish spot.
To the south, you'll find the sun and two neighbors. Closer is Rövaren, and further back is Kaparen. Both have similar photo series, just like soon all Espoo's outdoor islands.
To the south, there's a sheltered "boat cove." It would have been a great spot for kayaking if I had known beforehand.
There are also outhouses available.
